Our origin dates back to the beginning of the 19th century. We manufacture Nougat and Sweets by hand with our traditional recipes, using a selection of the best ingredients.

Traditional Nougats
The most well known, using the best ingredients and made by expert hands.
Bakery Nougats
Marzipan with a soft flavor and tender texture in different flavors and with a traditional and delicate manufacturing.
Chocolate Nougats
The mixture of noble ingredients such as cocoa and almonds. With intense dark chocolate or blended with milk.
No Added Sugar
It retains the same benefits as traditional nougat, but without adding sugar.

Made with 14-16 caliber mediterranean marcona almond. We only produce 5,000 numbered units per year.

The "Turrón" Legend
The legend says that a king married a Scandinavian princess, so she had to move to Alicante. The princess felt very sad not being able to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of her country full of perpetual snows. The king, desperate of seeing the new queen decayed and in order to avoid her sadness, had the idea of planting thousands of almond trees throughout his territory. So, when the almond trees bloomed, they sowed the landscape of white tones and everything seemed snowy and the princess regained her happiness.
The inhabitants of Jijona (Xixona) learned to collect the fruits from the almond trees and to treat them, thus preparing the first samples of nougat and derivatives.
